Stefany Silva was born on February 5, 1991, in the city of San Salvador, El Salvador to parents Jorge L. Silva and Silvia de Silva. She is the second child of three siblings, her older sister Marcela Garcia and younger sister Karen Silva. She also has two handsome nephews Adriel and Benjamin Garcia.
At the age of five, her parents decided to relocate from El Salvador to the state of Georgia. At the age of 16 after a difficult time, she surrender her life to Christ, which changed her life completely. She began to pursue a personal relationship with the Lord, which resulted in her growing spiritually in different areas of her life. She has served in leadership at her local church for several year in diverse departments including the youth ministry.
In 2012, she graduated from Point University with a B.A in Counseling and Human Services with a minor in Biblical Studies. In March – July 2014, she had the opportunity to work with CMF International as a Missionary Intern for college campus ministry in Santiago, Chile. Her passion for the mental health field has allowed her to work at a pregnancy resource center, where she advocates and continues to work on her counseling skills since 2014. In October of 2014, while working in the church and Pregnancy Aid Clinic, God opened the door for her to work with A.J.E.C. as a district Vice-president in North Georgia.
She believes we are allowed into the classroom of the Lord, which is where we are taught many beautiful lessons that will prepare us for the seasons the Lord has in-store for our lives. In August 2017, she had the beautiful experience of working alongside Visionaries of Christ’s M.O.V project, which allowed her to travel to Guatemala. This experience has marked her life completely. She believes this is only the beginning of the wonderful works God will continue to unfold. She is excited to for the opportunity to spread the Word of God and to continue growing in the ministry.
