Frequently Asked Questions
How can I be saved?
Step 1: Listen & believe in the word of God.
24 “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life.
Step 2: Confess that Jesus is Lord of your life & Receive Him as your Savior.
Romans 10:8-9 NKJV
8 But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” (that is, the word of faith which we preach): 9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
Who is the Holy Spirit?
The Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity, with God the Father and God the Son (Jesus). As a divine person rather than an impersonal force, the Holy Spirit operates as a counselor, a comforter, and a guide, dwelling within believers to empower, sanctify, and lead them to truth.
Key Biblical Truths About the Holy Spirit:
John 14:16-17 NKJV
And I will pray the Father, and He we will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever – 17 the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither see Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you.
John 14:26 NKJV
But the helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things and bring to remembrance all things that I said to you.
John 16:13 NKJV
However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come.
Acts 1:8 NKJV
But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witness to me in Jerusalem, and in all Jedea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.
Ephesians 4:30 NKJV
And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemptions.
2 Corinthians 13:14 NKJV
The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with you all. Amen.
Is Jesus the only way I can get into heaven?
The bible is very clear that the only way to heaven is through Jesus. Some people believe that all religions are the same, but the truth is that not all religions are the same because not all of them lead us to Jesus.
Jesus taught us that He is the only way that mankind can get into heaven.
John 14:6
Jesus Said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No once comes to the Father except through me.
Can I be forgiven?
The bible teaches us that all sins can be forgiven, except the blasphemy of the Holy Spirit (Matthew 12:31). Besides this one sin, all other sins God will forgive.
If you confess our sins, receive Jesus as our savior and put away our sinful behavior you can be forgiven of all your sin.
1 John 1:9
If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Ephesians 1:7
In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace.
Does God love me?
God loves you unconditionally and personally, regardless of your past mistakes or perceived worthiness. His love for you is everlasting, compassionate and transformative, His love seeks your ultimate good and spiritual growth.
John 3:16 NKJV
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
John 15:13 NKJV
Greater love has no one that this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends.
Romans 5:8 NKJV
But God demonstrates His own love towards us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
How do we know the Bible is reliable?
The Bible is considered true based on a combination of archeological confirmation, historical reliability, fulfilled prophecy, internal consistency. and textual accuracy, with thousands of ancient manuscripts confirming its transmission.
It is verified by fulfilled prophecies, eyewitness testimonies to events like the resurrection, and consistency across diverse authors over centuries. Evidence includes over 5,700 Greek New Testament manuscripts, consistent themes written by 40+ authors over 1,600 years. In addition, the archaeological finds like the Pontius Pilate inscription, the Tel Dan Stele referring to the “House of David”, and the Dead Sea Scrolls confirm its historical accuracy.
2 Timothy 3:16-17 NKJV
16 All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, 17 that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.
2 Peter 1:20-21 NKJV
20 knowing this first, that no prophecy of Scripture is of any private interpretation, 21 for prophecy never came by the will of man, but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit.
