Jorge Luis Malave Ramos was born on the 4th of September 1991 in the city of Pontiac, Michigan. Son to Pedro J. Malave and Yadira Ramos, he is the 4th of 5 Siblings, whose names are Yazeni Colon, Pedro L. Malave, Juan C. Malave and Yarilis Malave.
After several months of being born, the family chose to move to the island of Puerto Rico where he was able to develop and showing his interest in the areas of administration, music and y performing arts. He was a member of Church of God International Movement del Coco Salinas in Puerto Rico where he grew spiritually under the guidance of Rev. Pedro Vazquez.
During his time there he was able to serve in different church departments and ministries, such as the pantomime and drama ministry, the youth ministry, the worship team and several others. He was also recruited to work at a district level as a part of the AJEC Guyama worship team.
In 2009, he graduated from High School with high honors and a certification in Commerce and Administration.
He then began studying music at University of Puerto Rico with the goal to become a music teacher and choir director. He also had the privilege of being a part of the University of Puerto Rico Choir.
In 2012, following God’s direction and his calling, he decided to move to the state of Georgia. Once there Pastor Dalia Ramos gave him the privilege to serve as they youth president of the IDDPMI church in Adel, GA. During his time there he also served on the church’s Board of Trustees, general secretary and treasurer. In 2012 he was also able to further his theological studies and began his 1st year at MIZPA Bible Institute.
During 2013 he was given the opportunity by they youth association to help organize and develop a new district, Georgia South, where he served as the 1st district Vice-President. After a year of working in the Georgia South district, he is elected as the A.J.E.C. President of the South Atlantic Region. God continued to open doors and expand his horizons when he is appointed to the A.J.E.C. National Staff as sub-secretary.
He is now settled in Atlanta, GA and is still actively working in the South Atlantic Region and is also following his career as an optometry technician.
God continues to open new doors and now he serves as a member of the Visionaries of Christ Ministries staff where we know he will be a blessing.
